THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2582 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City PYanning Commission of the City of Anahe:tm did receive a
verified Petition for Variance from WILLIA?~I F. VISSER, 70L West Linai>S.r. A•oenuE, Anaheim,
C:alifornia 92805, Owner, of certain real property situated in the CiL-y ~f anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as Resh°s Subdivisiun, Lot No. lI, as recorded

county; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Cammission does hereby gcant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which ace heceby found to be a necessary precequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject pcopecty in order to preserve the safety and general welface of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
1. That the owner o£ subject property shali d0ed to the~. City of Anaheim a
skrip of land 10 feet in width from the centerline of the alYey for alley widening purposes,
2. Th~t subject property shall be developed substar.tially in accordance with
plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos, 1 and 2;
provided, however, that the west elevation shall be modified tu conform to BuiYding Code,
or that the petitioner shall file a parcel map to delete the west property line and have
subject property become part of the property to the west.
3. That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, shall be com~lied with prior to
the commencea;ent of the activity auChorized under this resolution, or prior to the time
that the building permit is issued, or within a period of one yezr from date hereof,
whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Planning Commission may grenC.
4. That Condition No. 2, above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
finaY building and zoning inspectlons.
