A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF Tfl~ CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEAINGS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1436
WHEREAS, the Planning Cormnission on January 21, 1974, granted Canditional Use
Permit No. 1436 in Resolution No. PC74-12 to establiah a 116-unit one and two-story
planned residential development; and
WHEREAS, none of hhe conditions of approval had been met; and
WI~REAS, the petitioner has submitted a letter requesting termination of all
proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1436,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim ~ity Planning Co~nisaion daee
hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use PersniC No. 1436 on tFe basis of
the foregoing findings.
