Ga1i`ornia 92806, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
oT Orange, State of California described as PARCEL i: Beginning at the Northwest corner

NHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
J anua ry 7, ~ 974, at 2; 00 o'clock p.m., notice of snid public hearing having been duly ~iven as required by law and in
acco:dance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 15.64, to hear and consider evidence for and againet said
proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission! after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due
coASideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditiona] Use Permit is authorized by Code Sect i on 18. 64. 020
(3-m), to wit: establish a facility for the treatment and education of pediatric psychiatric
patients.
2. That the proposed use will not adverscly affect the adjoining land uses and the grawlh and development oC 8ic area in
wlucli it is proposed to be located.
3. T'nat the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the tull development of the p•oposed use in a
manncr nct detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfarc of the Citizei.s of the City of
Anaheim.
4. That the petitioner stip'U'i~ted to relocating the trash storage area for subject use,
away from the eastern property li"ne abutting R-1 residential properties.
5. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permft under the conditions imposed, if any,
will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of
the City of Anaheim.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING:
That the Planning Commission, in connection with an Exemption Declaration Status request,
finds and determines tfiat the proposal would have no significant ervironmental impact and,
therefore, recommends to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Statement is neces-
sary.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditio:~al Use Permit, apon the Eollowing canditions which ace hereby Eound to be a necessnry prere~uisite
to the proposed use of the subject pcoperty in ocder to pceserve the sefety end generel welfere of the Citizens of tha
City of Aneheim:
(1) That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of
Reclassification No. 73-74-37, now pending.
(2) That the trash storage area shall be relocated away from tlie east property
line, abutting R-1 residential properties, as stipulated to by tha petitioner and said.relo-
cation shall be subject to the appraval of the Office of the Public Works Director.
(3) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with
plac~s and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibi.t Nos. 1, 2, 3 and
4.
