A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF 467 CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITIQN FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Pianning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receivc u verified Petition for Conditional Usc Permit
Gom SAL STRA2ZERI, 12132 Brookhurst Street, Garden Grove, California 92640, Qwner; and
KOULIS GIANNAKAKOS, 1117 South Verde Street, Anaheim, California 92805, Agent, of certain
real property located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and
describecl as follovs:
The Southerly 2C0 feet nf the Easterly 91 feet of the Westerly 553 feet measured along t:he
West and South lines respectively of the South 8,5 aczes of the West ha'if of the Southwesc
quarter of the Sautheast quarter of Section 20, in TownRhip 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51,
page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.

WHEREAS, lhe City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing in the City Hall in the Clty of Anaheim on
April 15, 1974, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in
accordance with the provisions of the Anahetm Municipal Code, Chap?er 18.64, to hear and consider evidencc for and against said
proposed cunditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, sa(d Commission; aftcr due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and aftcr duc
consideration of all evidencc and reports offered at sald hearing, docs find and determine the following fncts:
1. That the proposed ~se is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is auUiorizr,d by Code S ec tion lA .40. 060 ( g j,
to wit: to permit on-sale beer and wine in an existing resCaurant, with waivers of:
SECTION 18.40.070(4)(a-2-d) - Minimum number of required parking spaces. (?z
spaces req~ired; 17 spaces proposed)
2. That the above-mentioned waiver is hereby granted on the basis that the request is
minimal for the use, as proposed.
3. That landscaping, as shown on the submitted plans to be existing, shouYd be
upgraded to meet City standards.
4. That the on-sale beer and wine shall be in conjunction with the sale of Loud.
5 That the proposed usc will not adverscly affect the adjoining land uscs and the growth and development of thc area in
which it is proposed to be located.
6. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to ailow thc full dcvelopment of the proposed use in a
manner not detrimcntal to the pacticular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfarc of the Citizens of Aie Ciry of
Maheim.
7. That the grantingof the Conditional Use Pecmit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace,
health, safety, and general welfarc of thc Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMYACT REPORT FINDING:
That the Director of DeveloQment Services has deterciined that th~e proposed activlty fal'is
within the definition of Section 3.01, Class 1~af the City of Aniaheim Guidel3nes to the
Requirements for an Environmental Impact P.eport end is, therefor~~, categoricaYly exempt
fr.om the requirement to file an FIR.

v NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does heceby grent subject
Petition for Condi:ional Use Permit, upan the tollowing conditlona which ecc hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use ot the subject property in ocder to preserve the sefety end generel welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: . .
1. That subject.property shall be developed suustantially in accordance witVi plans
and specifications on file with the Citv of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4;
provided, however, that landacaping, as shown on the submitted plans to be existing, shall
be upgraded to meet City standards.
