PC 75-139~ ~ RE50LUTION N0, PC75-139 A RESOLUTION OF THE CIfiY PLANNING COMNLtSS20N OF THF' C~iT OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIADTCE NOe 2707 BE GRAP]TEDo WI~REAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a veri£ied Petition for ~Terience from GLETTN M, ALLDER, 865 Redondo Drive East, Anaheim, Ca. 92801 (O~vner) of certein real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Celifornia, described as: Lot 36, of Traot No. 1460, in i•~he City of Anaheim, as shovm on a map theraof recorded in Book 46, pagas 2 and 3, Miscellaneous 1uIaps, records of sai3 Orange County; and WElEREAS, the City }~lanning Cnmmission did hold a public hFering at the City Hall in the City o~ Anahei_: on June 23, 1975, 8'~ 1:30 p.m., notioe of said public hearing having been duly giver:+ss required by lew and in accordanae with the provisions of the Anahei.m Muniaipal ~ode, Chepter 18.03, to hear and aonsider evidence for and'ageinst said proposed varianne end to investigate and mako firidings and recommendetions in oonnention therewith; end Wf~REAS, seid Co¢,mi.ssion, after due inspecti.on, investigation and study made by itsslf ~nd in its behalf, and after due consideretion of all ovidence an3 reports ofPered at said heering, does find end determine the follo~ring facts: l. That the petitioner requests the following waivers from the Anaheim Municipal Code, to aonstruct a garege: a. SECTION 18.25.063.011 - Minimum garage setback. (25 feet required; . 10 to 16 foet proposed) b. SECTION 18.25.063.0113 - Minimum number of F~arking spaoes in a garageo (3 spaces required; 2 spaaes proposed) c. SECTION 18.25.063.020 - Minimum sideyard setbaok. (8 feei; required; ' 3 feet proposed) 2. That Waiver 1-a, above-mentioned, is hereby granted, subject to the stipulation b;,r the petitioner that the proposed garBge will be equipped with an operable automatic vehaclo aacess door opener. 3r Thet Waiver 1-b, above-mentioned, is hereby grsnted on the besis thet the proposed garage azll replaoe en existing two-car garage. 4. PC75-139 -J ~ NCW9 TFIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED thc~t the Anaheim City Planning Commicsion does hereby grant subject Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a neoessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizons of the City of Anaheim: 1. That subjeat proporty shall ba developed substantially in accordance with plans and specificetions on file with the City of Anaheim mer~ed Exhi''it Nos. 1 and 2. 2.
