W1iEREAS, on November 9, 1964, the Planninp, Commission granted Conditional Use
Permit .Io. 632, to establish a service statfurtherpdescribed~astS~laNorth Easthwest
corner of Sycamore Street and East Street,
Street; and
WIi~REAS, on June 9, 1975, a public hearing was held at which Conditional Use
Permit No. 1538 was granted to construct a self-service car wash on the sub~ect
property; and
WliEREAS, on June 23, 1975, the petitioner's agent verbally requested termination
of Conditional Use Permit No. 632.
N01d, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No~, 632 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
