Anaheim riunicipal Code, Chapter 18.Q3, to hear ard consider evidence for and against

offered at eaid hearing, does find and determine the following
1. That the petitioner requests the followin~ waiver from the Anaheim Municipal
Code, to construct a room addition:

2 That the above-~.nentioued waiver 2s hereby granted on the basis that the
request ie minimal; and that the proposed room addition and existing dwelling are at an
angle to the rear property line and although the minimum setback is proposed to be six
(6) feet, the avera~e rear yard setba.ck is anproximately ten (10) feet; and, tharefore,
a hardship would be created if said waiver were not granted.
