WEIER~IS, the City Planninq Cannission did hold a public hearing at the City
IIall in the City of Anaheim on Idwan~aex 2~1, 1975, at 1;30 p.m., notice of said public
hearing having l.~een cluly given as required by la~•~ and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim hlwiicipal Cale, Chaptes 1fl.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said pr.oposeci wnditional use ancl to investigate and make
findings and recarmendations in connection there~~ri.th; and
WI~REAS, said Catmission, after due inspection, investigaticn and study made
by itself and in its bei~alf, and after due consideration of al.l evidence and reports
offered at said hearing, does find anci detexmine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use
Pesmi.t is authoriz~l 17y ~.ode Section '13.44.050.160 to pennit a 22-unit rmtel wi;h
waiver of the fo.llowing:

does hereby grant subject Petitior. for Cor~itional Use Peiznit, upon the follaaing
conciitions which are hereby Eound to be a necessazy prerequisite to the pmposed use
of the subject prop.i-ty in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the
Citizens o£ the City of Anaheim:
1. That this Conditional Use Pesmit is granteci sub~ect to the canpletion
of Reclassification No. 71-72-23, now pendin'~.
2. That sideHralks shall be installed along Heach Boulevarcl as required by
the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and spec::fications on file i.n
the office oi the City II~gineer.
3. That street lighting facilities along Beach Boulevard shall be
in~tall~i as reRuirecl by the Director of Public Utilities and in acc:ordance with
stan:.jard plans arxl sPeci.fications on file in the office of the DirectAr of Public
Utilities; and t.'~at a k~or~d in an amount and fonn satisfactory to the City af Anaheim
shall be posted with the City to guarantee the insta.llation of the ahove-mentioned
requirements.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved
plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works.
5. That fire hydrants shall be installo3 arxl charged as requisecl an1
determined to be necessasy by the Chief of the Fire Depart~nent prior to camtencanent
oP s,suctural framing.
6. That subject property shall be served by andergrourxl utilities.
7. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner
satisfactory to the City Enqineer.-
g, That subject property shall be developecl substantiall} in accordance
wit.h plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1,
2, and 3.
9. That Condition iJos. 1 and 3, above-mentioned, shall be canplic~i with
prior to the camlencanent of the activity authorized under this resolution, or prior
to the time that the building pennit is issued, or witli.n a period of ane year from
date hereof., whichever ocr.urs first, or such further time as the Planning Canmission
or City c:ouncil may grant.
