Petition [or Variance, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be n necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use oE the subject properry in order to pcesecve the sa[et,y end genernl wel[are of the Citizens o't the City of
An~hcim: .
1, That a landscape plan for subject property shall be submitted to the Development
Services DeparYment for review and approval, as stipulated to by the petitioner; and any
. decision made by the Development Services Department on said plan may be appealed tu
the Planning Commission and/or City Council, as stipulated to by the petitioner.
2. That subject property shall be developed substanlially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
3. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above-mentioned, sha11 be complied with prior to
final building and zaning inspections.
4. That a time limitation of three (3) years shall be granted for the use of the
proposed integrated oFf-site tract sign after which time and upon written request by the
Retitioner, consideration may be given to an extension of time.
