A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDtTIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 15Z9 BE GRAtdTED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a
verified Petition f'or Conditional Use Permit from PACIFIC LIGHTING LEAS14f CON~PANY,

East La Palm-~ Avenue, Anaheim, California 92806 (A9ent) of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califorria, described

6:HEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim on April 14, 1975, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said public
hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the
pro4isions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said nroposed conditio~al use and t~ investi9ate and make
findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said hearirig, does find and determine the following fac:s:
1, That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional use permit is
authorized by Code Section 18.61.050.390, to W~~~ Pe~~t on-sale beer and wine in
an existing restaurant.
2. That the proposed use will not ac'versely affect the adjoining land uses ~nd
the growth and developrnent of the area in which it is proposed to be located,
3, That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow
the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular
area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general.welfare of the Citizens of the City
of A~aheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed,
ii any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of
the•Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That no one indicated their presence at said pubiic heariny in opposition and
no correspondence was received in opposition to subject petition.
ENVIROht1ENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING:
That the Director of Deve?opment Services has determined that the proposed activity
falls within the definition of Section 3.~~, Class 1 of the City of Anaheim Guidelin~s
to thP Requirements for an Environmental Impact Report and is, therefore, categorically
exempt from the requirement to file an EIR.

.WOW, THEREFORE, BE ~tESOLVED that the Anaheim City ~nning Comm?ssion does
~p~rzby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon tre follo~ving conditions
v~hich are hereby found to be a necessary prerequi~site to the pr~posed us~~ of the subject
property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City
of Anaheim:
(1) In the event that subject property is to be divided for the purpose of sale,
lease or financing, a parcel map to record the approved division of subject property
shalT be submitted to and approved by the Lity of Anaheim and then be recorded in the
office of the Orange County Recorder.
(2) ?hat subjPCt property shall be developed substantially in accordance with
plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos, l, 2,
and 3.
(3) That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior
to the commencement of the activtty authorized ~nder this resolution, or within a period
of one year from date hereof, whichever ocuirs first, or such further time as the
Planning Commissicn and/or City Council may grant,
