WIIEREAS, Section 33322 of the Health and Safety Code permits the Planning Commission to designate the boundaries of project areas for purposes of redevelopment; and 41HEREAS, after consideration of staff reports and recommendations of staff, the Plannin9 Commission has determined thai: certain areas of the City of Anaheim are blighted within the provisions of the Community Redevelopment Lav~; and ~!I;FREAS, Redavelopment Project Alpha may need transportation corridors, which cot•iidors are included in the areas hereinafter described; and WNEREAS, said areas are in need of redevelopment. NOI,', TfiEREFORE, D~ IT RESOLUC•D that the Planning Commission does hereby recommend that areas outlined on a map entitled "Pr•oposed 6oundaries - Redevelooment Project Beta", which map is attached hereto as Exhibit 1(Revision i) and incorporated by r•^_ference herein, be included tiaithin and desianated as Redavelopment Project Beta.
