2. That the Anaheim f,eneral Plan designates suh.ject ~ronerty fnr genFral
commercial and industrial uses.

req~iirement to prepare an environmental imp2cL report, pursuant to the provisinns of
the California Environmental 2uality Act.
PIOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT P.ESOLVED that the Anaheim f.ity Ptanning Conr~ission
does hereby recommend to the Cit/ Council of the f.ity of Anahein tfiat su6ject
Petition 'For Reclassification he anproved and, by so doing, thaC Title 1R-loning of
the Anaheim Hunicipal Code be amen~led to exclude the ahove-descrihed ~ronertY from
the RS-A-~!3,00~ (RESIDENTIhI_/A~R~CULTURAL) ZOMF and to incorp~rate said descrthed
property into the CL (C~MMERCIAl., I.I!1TED) ZON[ upon the follo~ving c~nditions which
are hereby found to be a necessary prerequlsite to the proposed use of si:hiect
property 1n order to preserve the sa`ety and general welfare of the f,itizens of the
City of Anaheim:
