WIIEREAS, the City Planning Commission riid holrf a ruhlic hParinq at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim nn June 21, 1?7~, at 1:3~ p.~•~ notice of said public
hearing having been duly given as requirecl by law and in accordance with the
provisions of the An~heim tlunicipal Code, Chapter 1R.~3, to hear and consider
evidence for and against sairi prorosed variance and t~ investigate a~d make fin~iings
and recommendations in connectton therewith; and

2. That the above-menti~ned waivers are hereby grantad on the basis that
similar lot areas and lot widths exist in the nearby RS-1Q,~f10 tracts to the east and
west, and~ therefore, the prnp~sal is determined C~ be compatible with the
neighborhood in o~hich the property is located.

does hereby grant subject Petiticn for Variance, upon thr. folleNing conditions o~hich

prorerty in order to pr~serve the safety and general welfare of thr. Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1. In the event that subJect pro~erty is to he dividrd for tne pur~~se of
sale, lease, or financing, a parcel map, to record the approvPd division of suhject
property shalt be submitted to and approved by thP City of Anaheim and then be
recorded in the office of the Oranc~e County Recorder.
