evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investiqate ~nd make
findi~gs ancl recnmmen~fations in connection therewith; and

by itself and in its belialf, and after due c~nsideration o~ all evidence and renorts
offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the nroposed use is prnperly one for which a conditional use
permit is authorized by Codr. Section 1~.~1.~,~.5n3, to wit: permit truck dispatchinn
and maintenance in the HL (ItJDUSTRIAL, LIMI7FD) 7(1"!E.
2. 7hat the petitioner stipulated to conducting all truci: maintenance and
mecnanical work inside the building ancl that no outdoor servicing oroulrl he perf~rme~i,
3. That the proposed use will nnt a~lversely affect the adJoining l~nrf uses
and the growth and develcvpment ~~f the area in which it is proposerf to he l~caterl.
4. That the size ~nd ~haes of the site ~ron~sed for the use is adequate to
allow the full developm~nt of the ~r~,posed use tn a r~anner not detrimental to the
particular area n~r L'o the peacF, health, sa~ety, and qeneral welfare of thP Citi~ens

That the Anahelm City Planning Commissi~n does herehy recnmmend to the f,ity
Council of the City of Anaheim that the suhjec*. proJect he exempt frnm the
requirement to prepare an environmental impact report, pursuant to the prnvisinns of
the California Fnvironmental 2uality Act.
tlQW, THEREFORE, BE !T RF.Sf1LVED that the Anaheim Citv Platining Commission
does hereby grant suhject Petition for Conditional Ilse Permit, upon the folloo-ring
conditions which are herehy found to he a necessary prerequisite to the propcsed use
of the subject property in order to preservP the safety and general welfar~ of the
CitizEns of the City of Anahelm:
1. That suhJect property shall he devPloped suhstantially in accordance
ivith plans and specificattons on file witli the Ctty of Anaheim marke~ Exhibit Plos. 1
and 2.
2. That all maintenance and mechanical work on the trucks shall he
conducted inside the building, as stipulated to hy the petltioner.
