WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did schedule a public hearing at the
City flall in the City of Anaheim on June 7, 1?7~>, at 1:3n p.m., notice of said public
hearing having been ciuly given as required hy law and in accordance ~vith the
provisions ef the Anaheim tluniciral Code, Chapter 1°.03, to hear and consider
evic!ence for and against said proposed reclassification and to investigate and ma!ce
findings and recommendations in connection therewith; said ~ublic hearing having been
continued to the Planning Commission meeting of llugust 2, 1976; and

hy itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports
offered at said hearing, cloes fincl and deternine the $ollot~ing facts:
1, That the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above-described

4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does properly
relate to the zones and their pernitted uses locally estahlished in close proximity

5. That no one indicated their pr~sence at said public hearing in
opposition; and nn corresn~ndence was receiveei in opposition to suhject petition.

d~es hereby recomr~end to the City Council of the City of Anahein that subject
P~tition fnr Reclassification be approveil and, hy so doina, that Title 1£3-Zoning of
tiie An~heim Nunicip:~i Code b~ amended tn exclude the above-descrihed property from
the RS-A-~~;,~!1~ (RESIDF.;lTI~.I_/AfRICULiURAL) Z~~IE ancl to incorporate said descr(bed
prnperty into the CL (C(1t1I1FRfIAL, LIMITCD) ZOt~E upon the following conditions which
~,-e lierehy found to be i necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject
prnperty ir order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Maheim:
1, That street linhting facilities along OranGethorpe Avenue and Post I.ane
sliall be installed as required by the Director of Public Utilities and in accordance
with standard plans and specificaiions on file in the Office of the Direct~; of
Public Utilities; or that a b~nd, certificate of deposit, iet!er of credit. :,r cash,
in an amcun[ and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim, shall be posted with the

1~7G, and on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhihit IJo. 1(Revision tJo. 2).
11. Prlor to thr introduction of an orclinance rezonin~ subject property,
