WNEREAS, the City Plannin9 Cor.imission did hold a publlc hearing at the City
Nall in the City of Anaheim on August 3~, 197F, at 1:30 p.m., notice of satd public
hearing havtng been duly given as requlred by law and (n accordance wtth the
provisions of the Anaheim liunictpal Code~ Chapter 1$.03~ to hear and consider
evidence for and against sald proposed conditional use and to investigate and make
findings and recommendatlons in connection thercwith; and
WHEREAS~ sald Commission, after due inspection, investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf. and after d~ie consideration of all evidence and reports
offered at said hearing, does find and de~~rmine the foilowlrtg facts:
1, That the propcsed use is pronerly one for which a conditional use
permit ts authorized by Code Sections 18.61.05~.050 and 1$.61.050.07~, to wit:
permit automobile sales and repair in the ML (INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED) ZONE.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect tiie adJolning land uses
and the growth and devalopment of the area in which lt is proposed *.o be located.
3. That the siz~ and shape of the stte proposed for the use is adequate ta
allow the futl development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the
pa~ticular area ~o~ to the peace, health, safety, a~d general welfare of the Gitizeis
of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Cornditional Use Permit under the condltions
imposed will not be detrimental to the pea~e~ health, safety and general welfare of
the Cittzens of the City otF Anaheim.
5. That the petitioner stipulated that no outdoor automobile repalr work
orould be conducted and there would be no outdoor storage of vehicies on the subJect
property.

6. That no one indicated their presence at satd public hearing in
oppositior~; and that no correspondence was received in opp~sition to subJeci
petition.
ENVIRONME~lTAL IMPACT REPQRT FINDINf: That the Directar o€ the PTanning
Dcpartment has dete.rmined that the praposed aetivity falls within the definitlon of
Section 3,01, Class 1, of the C~ty of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requirer~ents for an
Environmental Impact Repcrt a~d is. therefora, categorir.atly exempt from the
requirement to file an EIR, ~
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm City Planning Cormn!ssion
does hereby grant sub}ect Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following
conditions which are f~ereby P~und to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use
of the subJect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfar~ of tlle
Gitiz~ns of the City of Anaheim:
t. That subje~t property shall be developed substantlally in accordance
with pla~s and specifications on file wtth the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1
through 9,
2. Thae no outdoor automobile reaair work, shall be conducted and there
shall be no outdoor storage of vehicles on the subJect property, as stlpulaited to by
the petitioner.
