IIHEREAS. the City Planning Commission dtd schedule a publtc hearing at the
Clty Hall in the City of Anahelm on September 13, 197E, at 1:30 p.m „ notlce of said
public nearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Munictpal Code, Chapter 18,03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed condit}onal use and tn invPStigate and make
ftndings ~ind recommendations in connection therewith; said public hearing having been
continued to the Planning Commisslon meeting of September 27, 1976; and
UHEREAS, satd Cortrnission, after due inspec:ton, investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, and af2er due constderation of all evidence and reports
offered at satd hearing, does find az~d determine the following facts:
7. That the proposed use is properly one for which a canditional use
permit is authorized by Code Section 18.44.050,160, to wit: permit a 41-unit motel
ln the CL (COMMERCIAL, LIMITE[1} ZONE,
::. That the petltloner stipulated to provlding trash sterage areas tn
accordance: with City requlrements.
. That the petittoner stfpulated that all signing for the proposed motel
will be In confarmance with the site development standards of tha CL Zone,

and the gr•owth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.

ENVIRONMENTAt. IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning
Commisslon does hereby recommend to the City Council of thA City of Anaheim Lhat a
Negative Declaration from the requlrement to prepare an environmental impact report
be approved far the subJect proJect, pursuant to the provislons of the California
Environmental Quality Act.
NOW~ 7HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiss?un
does hereby grant subJect Petition for ConditTn^;,; llse Permit, upon the fotlowlr.y
condltlons which are hereby faund to ne a n~cessery prerequtslte to the proposed use
of the subJect propert:y ln order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the
Cltizens of the City oP Anahelm:
1. That tr•ash storage areas shali be provided in accordance with approved
plans on file in the Office of thz Director of Public Works, and revised plans
indicating said corr,nilance shall be submitted to the Ptanning Department for
approval, as stlpulatr.d to by the petitloncr.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as required and
deterrtiin~d to be nr.cessary by the Chief of the Fire Department prior to commencment
of structural framing.
3. That ~pproprlate wnter assessment fees as determined by the Director of
Public Utilitles shaii be pald to the City of Anaheim prlor to the issuance of a
bullding permit.
4, 7hat ail signing for the proposed motel shall be in conformance with
the site development ntandards of the CL Zone, as stipulated to by the petitioner.
5. That subJect prop+rty shall be developed substantially In accordance
with plans and speclficattons on file wtth the City of Anahetm marked E~chibtt Nos. 1
through 5(Revision No. 1); provided, however, that kltchen efflciency units wtth a
meximum cf 6-cubic foot ret`rlgerators~ two-burner stoves, excluding oven and baktng
facititles, and single-compartment sinks may be Tnstalled; except that the manager's
unit will be allowed to nave full kltchen facillties.
6. That Conditlon Nos. 1, 4, and 5~ above-mentfoned, shall 6e compited
wit~i {;rior to f1na1 building and zoning inspectlons.
