WFIEREAS, the City Planning Ccxnmissi~n did hold a publlc hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anahelm on Octoher 11, 1976, at 1:3~ p.m., noti~e of said public
hearing hnving br.en duly given as required hy law and in ac~ordance with the
provisions of the Anahelm Municipal Code, Chapter 18.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and agalnst said proposed conditional use and to ir.vestigate and make
findin9s and recommendations 1~ connectton therewith; and
WHFREAS~ sald Commisslon, atter due inspection, investigation anrl study made
by ltself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports
offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. 7hat the proposed use is properiy one Aor which a conAitlonal use
permit is auth~rized by Code Sectlon 1A,44.050.30~~ to wlt: permit a drive-through
restaurant with walver of:
