CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 232.
tdfiEREAS, on May 16, 1962, Ccnditional Use Permit No. 232 was granted by the
Anaheim City Planning Commission to es~at~lish a recreational area on property
consisting of approximately 0.3 acre located at ~the south~aest corner of Grammercy
Avenue and P4oraga Street, having approximate frontages of 121 feet on the south side
of Grammercy Avenue and 74 feet on th~ west side of Mora9a Street; and
I~JHEREAS, said conditional use permit was granted subsequent to
Reclassification No. 56-57-82 (RS-7200 to Rht-1200) which v~as aQproved by the City
Council on November 12, 1957 on the subject property, and ~vas not a condition of
approval or requirement of said reclassification; and
WIIEREAS, the applicant (Douglas E. Patty, Patty Enterprises, Inc.) has
submitted a request to terminate Conditiona~ Use Permit fJo. 232 in order to develoo
subject property with apartmenxs in accordance with Code standards.
N041, TFIEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Ccnunission
does hereby terminate all proceed~ngs in connection with Conditional Use Permit No.
232, as requested by the applicant.
