Hall ln the City of Anahcitin on llovember 22, 1~7F, at 1:3~ p•m., nottee of said ~ublic
hearing havirig been duly given as requlred by law a~d in accordance wlth the
provislons of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 1R,03, to hear and consider
eviclence for and agalnst sald proposed conditlonal use and to (nvestigate and make
ftndings and recommendatlons ln connectlon therewith; and

be approved for the subJect proJect. pursuant ta the provisions of the California
Environmental Qualfty Act.
NQW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tfiat Che Anaheim Clty Planning Commission
does hereby grant subJect Peti*.Son for Conditionai Use Permtt, upon the following
condltions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to Yhe proposed use
of the subJect proper•Ly t:~ ordcr to preserve the saftty and general welfare of :he
Citizens of the ~ity of Anahelm:
1, That dralnage of subJect p~operty shall be disposed of in ~~:ianner
satisfactory to the Clty Engineer,
2. In the event that subJect property Is to be divided for the purpose oA
sale. lease, or financing. a parcel map~ to record the approved division of subJect
property shall be submitted to and approved by the City of Anahetm ar.d then bc
recorded in the offlce of the Orange County Recorder.
3. That fTre hydrants shalt be lnstalled and charged as required and
determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Deparement prior to commencement
of structural framing.
4: That trash storage areas shall be provlded in accordarce w:th approved
plans on file with the ~ffice of the 6lrector of Public Works.
5. That approprlate water asaessment fees as de[ermined by the Otrr.~tor of
Publlc Utilitles shall be patd to the City of Anahelm prlor to the lssuance of a
buTlding permlt.
6, That the proprsed development sh~ll be ir~ a~zcordance with the
requirements of Tltle 25~ Californla Administrative Code and that the plumhing shall
be provided fn order that the recreationat vehicle park witl accomodate all trailers
end not be restricted to "California approved trallers" only,
7. That subJect proper•Cy shalt be developed substantially in accordance
wlth plans and Ypecificat~ons on fite wtth the City of Anahelm marked Exhibit Nos. 1
end 2.
8, That Condltlon No. '2, abnve-mentloned, shall be complied with prior to
the commencement of the activity authorized under this resoluticm, or prlor to the
tinr that the bullding permlt ls Issued, or withln a perlod of one year from date
herrof, whichever occurs flrst, or such further tlme as the Planning CommissTon
and/or Clty Council may ,qrant.
9. That CondiClon Nos. 1. 4~ 6, and 7~ above-mentloned, shall be compited
wtth prlor to final bulldln; and zoning inspec:tons.
10. That thl~ conditlonal use shall be grmnted for a perlod of time to
expire on July 15, 19A4~ subJect to consideratlon for an additional extenslon of time
in con)unction with Condltional Use Permit No. 1116~ upon written request by tha
petittoner~ as stipulated to by the petitloner.
