•hearing havir~g been duly given as requ9red by law and in accordance ~~~ith the
ar~~v~siAns of the Anaheim Municipal Co~9e, Chapter 1R.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and a~a~nst said propased conditional use and to investic~ate and make
findings a.nd reco~nnendations 1n connectton thereviith; and

affcred a~ sa;d hearing, does find and determine the followin9 facts:
i. That the proposed use is properly one fior which a conditional use
Qermit is authorized by Code Section 16.4h.050.0.10, to wit: permit on~s;le liquor in

That the Director of the Planning Department has deter.mined that the
proposed activity falls within the definition of Section 3.01, C7ass 1, of the City
of Anaheim Gutdelines to the Requirements fnr an Envir~onmen•tal Imoact RPOOrt and is,
tnerefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to fiie an EIR.
