WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission diA hold a public hearing at the City
Hall in the City ef Anaheim on April 26, 197~, at 1:3Q p.m., notice of said puhlic
hearing having been duly given as rea,uired by law and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code~ Chapter 18.Q3~ to hear and consider
evidence for and agalnst ~aid proposed condttional use and to Investigate and make
findings and recommendattons in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission~ after due inspection, investigation a~d study made
by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports
offered aY said hearing. does find and Aetermine the followinn facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditio~al use
permft is authorized by Code Sectlon 18.44.Q50.f110. to wit: permit on-sate ber.r an~l
wine in an existing restaurent.
2. That the petitioner stipulated that the beer and wine will he sold in
conJunction with the serving of ineals only; +~nd~ further, that no beer or wtnP wiil
be served paat 11:QQ p.m.
3. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adJoining land uses
and the growth and de.ve'.opment of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
4. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequatc to
allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner n~t detrimr,ntal to the
particular area nor to thrr_ peace, health, safety, and general weifare of the f.itizens
of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the granting of the Conditlonal Use Permtt under the ronditlons
imposed, if any, w(11 not be detclmental to the peace, health, safety ard general

opposition; and no correspondence was recetved in oppositlon to subJect petitien.

hOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOL'JED that Lhe Anaheim Clty ~lanning Lommissi~n
does hereby grant subject Petition for Condltional Use P~rmit, upon tha following
conditlons which are hereby found to be a ne.cessary prerequlsite ta the proposed use
of the subJect property in order ta prescrve the safety and general welfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
1. That subjecC property shall be developed suhstantTally in acc~rdance
with plans and speciftcatlons on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit N~s. 1
.and 2.
2. That beer and wine shalt be seld ~n conJunction with the serving of
meals only; and no beer or wine snall be served past 11:00 p.m., as stipulated t~ by
the petitioner.
