NOW, THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use •f the subject pro in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the Nty of Anaheim: 1„ That this Variance is granted sub ect to cornp'eton rf Reciflct1 No. 743. 2a That automatic garage door openers shall be provided f . the proposed garages fronting on private drives and having driveways less than 25 feet long. 3.
