PC77-131 EIJVIROtIMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That [he DirecYQr of khe Pianning Uepartment has determined that th~ proposed activity falls within the definition of Section 3.01, Class 1, of the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the kequirements for an En~ironmental lmpact Report and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to file an ~EIR. N01d~ THEREFOI~E, BE IT RESOLVED that thc Anaheim City Planning Gommission does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the foilowing condition which is hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to tlie proposed use of the ;ubject property in order [o preserve the safety and general wel~are nf the Citizens of [he City of Anaticim: 1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1.
