WHEREAS, said Commission, after duc inspect+a., investiga[ion and study made

offered at saiJ hearing, docs find and determine thc following facts:
}, That the proposed use is properly one for whicf~ a condi[iona{ us~e
permit is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 1~,26.050.010, to permit a
fos ter liome.
2, That [he proposed use is hereby granCed subject to [he fosten c~vn~ fae
six youths being continually owned and operated under the strict supervisio~~ of the
I~ational Optimist Servicc.
3, That the proposed use will not advcrsely affect tlie adjoining land uses
and the 9rowtfi and development of the area in which it is p~opnsed to bc located.

allow the full develop~~ent of the proposed use in a ma~ner not detrimental to the
particular area ncr to Lhe peace, health, safe[y, and yeneral welfare of [he Citizens
of the City of Anaheirn.
5, That t•tie granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditlons
imposed, if any, will not bc detrimental [o the peace, health, safety and general
welfare of the Citizens of tlic City of Anaheim.
6. That eigh[ (3) persons indicated their presence at said public hearing
in support of subject proposal.
7, Tha[ eleven (11) persons indicated their presence at said public
hearing in opposition; and that no correspondence was received in opposition to the
subject petition.

EIJVIROtIMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That [he DirecYQr of khe Pianning Uepartment
has determined that th~ proposed activity falls within the definition of Section
3.01, Class 1, of the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the kequirements for an
En~ironmental lmpact Report and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the
requirement to file an ~EIR.
N01d~ THEREFOI~E, BE IT RESOLVED that thc Anaheim City Planning Gommission
does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the foilowing
condition which is hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to tlie proposed use of
the ;ubject property in order [o preserve the safety and general wel~are nf the
Citizens of [he City of Anaticim:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance
with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1.
