hearing; and ttiat no correspondence was received in opposition to the subject
petition.
EIJVIROl~MEt7TAL IMPACT FIt~DItIG: That thc Director of the Plannino Dcpartment
has determined that tne propc:ed activity falls within the definitio~ of Section
3.01, Class 1, of tfic City of Anaheim Guidclines :o the Requirenenis for an
Environmental Impact Report and is, therefore, cateyorically exempt from the
requirenent to filc an EIR.
NOW, TNEREFORC, BE IT RESOLVED tha[ the Anahein Lity Planning Conmission
does hcreby grant subjcc[ Petition for Conditional Usc Permit, upon the f~llowing
eonditions which are hereby founJ [o be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use
of the subject property in order to pres~rve the safety and general welfare of thc
Citizens of the City of Anahcim:
1. That trasti storaye areas sl~all be provided in accordance with approved
plans on file Hith tlie office of ~he Director of Public Works.
2. That the threc drivc~~ay approaches nearest the intcrsection of Orange
Avenue anJ Beach Eoulevard ([~ro on Orange Avenue and nne on Beach Boulevard) shall be
closed ancl replacecl with standard curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, and that the
landscaped plan[er sliall be er,[ended across said closure.
3. Tha[ subject property shall bc developed substantially in accordance
with plans and specificatio~s on file wi[h the Lity of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1
through 4,
4. That Condi[ion Nos. 1, 2 and 3, abovr. mentioned, shall be complied with
prior to final buildiny a~J zoning inspec[ions.
