f1a11 in the Lity of Anaheirn on June 20, 1977, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said public
heariny having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anahein Municipal C~de, Chapter 1~.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said groposed conditional use and [o investigate and make
findings and recormriendations in connection thercn•iith; and

1. That the propused use is properly one for which a conditinal use permit
is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section '(3.03.030.010 to permit retail sa~es
in the ML (IflDUSTRIAL, LIMITEU) ZDiIE.

6. That no one indicated their presence in opposition at said public
hearing; and ~that no corres~ondence v+as received in opposition to the subject
petition.
EI~VIRONMENTAL IMPACT FIP~DING: That the Dire~tor of thc Planning D•~partment
has determined [hat the proposed activity falls witfiin the definition of Section
3.Q1, Class 1, of the Ci[y of Anaheim Cuidelines to [he Requ(rements for an
Environmental Impact Report and is, therefore, caCegorically er.empt from the
requirernent to file an EIR.
NOU, TN[REFCRE, QE IT RESOLVED that th~ Anaheim Ci:y Planning Lommission
does hereby grant subject Petition for Coriditional Use Permit, upon tftie following
conditio~s which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the propose:d use
of the subject property in order to preserve tlie safety and general welfare oi` the
Citizens of the City of AnaP~eim:
1. That the cwner(s) of subject property shall dced to the CiC, af -'~.-i~eirn
a strip of land forty-five (45) feet in width from the centerli~e o` the ~.: r_^f .~~.ung
Lemon SCreec for sireet widenin~ purposes.
2. That sidewalks shall be installed along Lemon Stree[ as requ~~_~ uv ih~
City Engineer and in accordance a~ith standard plans and specifications or ;S~e in the
office of the Ci[y Enyineer.
3. Thiat trash storage areas sliall be provided in accordance ~~ith approved
plans on file with the office of ~he Oir~ctor of Public Works.
4. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance
with plans and specifications on file with Lhe City of Anaheim rnarked Exhibi[ No. i.
5, That Condition tlos. 1, 2~ 3 and 4, abovc mencioned, shall be complied
with prior to [he commencement of the activity au[horized under this resolution, or
prior to the tine tliat [he builJiny permit is issucd, or within a perioa of one year
from date liereof, whie;hever occurs first, or such further time as the Planning
Cortmission and/or City Council may grant.
