NOU, TN[REFCRE, QE IT RESOLVED that th~ Anaheim Ci:y Planning Lommission does hereby grant subject Petition for Coriditional Use Permit, upon tftie following conditio~s which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the propose:d use of the subject property in order to preserve tlie safety and general welfare oi` the Citizens of the City of AnaP~eim: 1.
