p.m., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim M u n i c i p a l Code,
Chapter 1P.03, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed
conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in

public; sorting of the above mentioned materials into types using cranes,
conveyors, magnets, and hand-picking; oacl acing the materials into
truck able bins and banes (using 25-ton ner hour haling system); narking
approximately 2r employees cars and up to 15 trucks; a maximum daily truck
traffic of aonroximately 1 C trips (receiving f truckloads and shinping °p
truckloads) ; and performing maintenance on company-owned trucks s and
equipment ;and, furthermore, suHect to the 5 o11owinp additional
stipulations by the petitioners

proposed resource recycling center south of Frontera Street, east of
Newkirk Road, having been considered this date by the Anaheim City Planning
Commission and evidence, both written and oral, having been Presented to
supplement said draft EP, No 2.'12, finds that potential individual and
cumulative adverse environmental irinacts associated with the nroiect have
been reA_iuced to significant levels by appropriate mitigation measures as
follows: (a) The adverse visual impact of the outdoor storacie of machinery
and scrap materials will he mitigated hy fencing and landscaping; and (h)
the noise ani fumes associated with nro_j ect ®generated truch traffic i 1 1 he
