p.1ultin1e °Family (Scenic Corridor)) Zone or anproximately 7e' acres having frontage of
apnroxumately llnr feet on the north side of Canyon Rim Road, a maximum depth of '2O
feet and heinn located apProxim:ately 3 , 17n feet west of the centerline of Serrano
Avenue, and does hereby approve a Negative F)ecl arat ion from the re(lu i rement to
prepare an enviromental impact report or the basis that there would be no significant
individual or cumulative adverse environmental imnact due to t'ie apnroval of this
'seaat uve Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates the sub lest nronerty
for 10®density residential land uses commensurate with the proposal, that no
sensitive environmental elements are involved in the nronosal9 that the Initial Study
submitted by the petitioner indicates no sionuficant individual or cumulative adverse
environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration su'"stantiatinq the foregoing
finding is on file in the office of the Planning Department.
