hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the

ENVIRONMENTAL 11PPCT F I N D I N G : That the Anaheim City Planning Commission ha
reviewed the subject proposal to reclassify the property from Cn (Commercial,
General) to RM ®1200 (Residential, Multiple-Family) with waiver of minimum building
site width to construct a 2n-unit apartment complex on approximately 1.0 acre, having
a frontage of 3') feet on the north side of Lincoln Avenue, being located
approximately 272 Feet west of the centerline of Magnolia Avenue, and does hereby
approve the Nega t i ve D e c l a r a t i o n from the re±iu i remen t to prepare an environmental

sum of $2®00 per front foot along Lincoln Avenue for street lighting
purposes.

purposes.
• That trash storage areas shall be provided in accrrdance with approve(: plans
on file with the Office of the Director of Public Works.

year from the date hereof, or such further time as the Planning Commission'
may grant.

cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the approval of this Negative
Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subject property for
medium-density residential land uses commensurate with the proposal; that no
sensitive environmental impacts are involved in the Proposal; that the Initial Study
submitted by the petitioner indicates no significant individual or cumulative adverse
environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiating the foregoing
findings is on file in the City of Anaheim Planning Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, PE IT RESOLV'E') that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does herehv grant subject Petition for Reclassification and, by so doing, that Title
12-Zoning of the Anaheim M u n i c i p a l Code he amended to exclude the above-described
property from the C( (COMMERCIAL, ' ENERAL) ZONE to Rm -12rr (RES V PE°ITi 9 AL, MULTIPLE-
FAMILY) ZONE upon the following conditions which are hereby found to he a necessary
prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety
and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
