Declaration from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact report
for the suF pct property on the basis that there would he no significant
individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the .approval

Anaheim a strip of land 32 feet in width from the centerline of
the street along White Star Avenue for street widening irposes.
That all engineering req of the City of Anaheim along
White Star Avenue, i nc l ud i nq Arena rat i nn of improvement n l arras and
installation of all improvements such as curbs and nutters,
sidewdfl s, street grading and paving, drainage facilities or other

Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications
