docs hereby grant subject Petition ror Conditicnal Use Permit, upon [hr_ follooiing
conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use
of the subject property in order to preserve thc safety and ge~eral ~•relfare of [he
Citizens of [he City of Anaheim:
1, Plans shall bc submitted to the Buildin9 Division s~io~inn compliane~
with the mininum standards of the City of Anahei^, includin9 the Uniform Euilding,
Plumbinq, Elecrical, Nousing, "echanical and Fire Codes is ade?[ed by the City of
Anaheim. Thc appropriate permits shall b~ obtair,.ed fcr any necessary ~•rorl:.
2, That suhject property shall hc c'eWeloped substantially in accordance
