hearing having bcen duly given as required by law and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed condition~l use and to investigate a~d make

has deterrnined that the proposed activity falls within the definition of Section
3.01, Class 1, of the City c,f Nnahcim Guidclines to the Requirements for an
Environmental Impac[ Report and is, therefore, categorically exempt from tlie
requirement to file an EIR.

does hereby grant subject Petition far Conditional Use Permit, upon the f~ltowinc~
ct~nditions which are iicreby founJ [o be a necessary prcrequisite to the proposed use
of the subject property in order to preserve thc safely and gencral welfare of the
Citizens of [he City of Anahcirn:
1, That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance
with pians and specifications on file wirh [he City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1
