hearing having been duly given as required by la~•~ and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, ChapYer i3.n3, to hear and consider
evidence for and actainst said proposed conditt,mal usc and to investiqate and make
findinqs and recommendations in connect<<~n therewith; and
WHEREl15, said Commission, after duc inspection, investioa[ion and study made
by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence ~nd reports
offerecf at said hearing, does find and dr_termine the folloa~ing facts:
1, That the proposed use is proverly one for arhich a conditional use
permit is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Sectinn 1~.Q3.~3~.~1f1 to wit: to
permi[ an art sales facility in the. ML (Industrial, Limited} znn~ vrith waivers of:

ENVIRONt1ENTfiL IMPACT FIN~ING: The Director of the Plannina Deoar[ment has
determined tha[ the proposed activity alls ~oithin the definition of Section 3.01,
Classes i, 3 and il, of the City of An~hnim ,uidelines to the Requiremen[s fo~ an
Environmental Impact and is, therefore, cate~oricolly exemnt `ro~ [he requirement t~
file an EIR.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thc An~heim City Planning Corrnnission

follo4:ing conditions arhich are herehy fnund to t•e a neces5ary nrereouisite to the
proposed use of the subject Property in order to prescrve thF safety and general
welfare of [he Citizens o` [he City of Anaheim:
1. That the owner(s) of subject prooerty shill deed to [he City of Anaheim
