WHEREAS, on August 17, ?972, Cant` "t 6ra1 Use Permit No. 1333 was granted by
the Anaheim City Planning Commission to expanb an existing convalescent hospital
on property consisting of approximately one acre located on the west side of harbor
Boulevard, approximately 340 feet north of Vermont Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the applicant (Herman H. Basler, President, Basler Care Services)
has submitted a request to terminate Conditional Use Permit No. 1333 inasmuch as
the expansion project has been abandoned,
:'w, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1333 on the
basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by a this 14th day of
February, 1977.
