wHEREAS, the City Planning Cortxnission did hold a public hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim on August 27, ]979, at 1:30 p,m,, notice of said public
hearing havtng been duly glven as requTred by law and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code~ Lhapter 18.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against sald proposed condi[ional use permit and [o investigate and
make ftndin9s and recommendatlons in connection [herewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspectton, inves[tgatton and study made
by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideratton of ali evidence and reports
offered at said hearino, does find and determine [he foilawtng facts:
i. That che proposed use is properly ~ne for which a conditional use
permit is authorized by Anahetm Municipal Code Section tE.84.042,012 to wit: to
permTt roof-mounted solar collector panels on a proposed stngle-familyresidence in
Lhe Scerttc Carrtdor.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely affecc the adJofning land uses
and the g~owth and development of the area In Hhich it i~ proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to
allow the fuli development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the
parttcular area nor to the peace. health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens
of the Ci[y of Anaheim.
k. That the granttng of the Conditional Use Permtt under the conditions
Imposed, if any, will not be detrTmental to the peace, health~ safety and ge~era)
welfare of the C(tlzens of the City of Anaheim.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: The Planntng Dircctor or his authorTzed
representat ve has determine th~t the proposed proJect falls within the defTnitlon
of Categorical Exemptions, Class 1, as deflned ln Paragraph 2 of [he City of Anaheim
Environmental impact Report Guideltnes and Is. therefore, categortcally exempt fran
the requlrement to prepare an EIR.
t10W~ THEREFORE, BE I7 RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning CommissTon
does hereby grant subJect Petition for Conditlonal Use Permit~ upon the Pollowing
conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use
of the subJect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of [he
Ct[Izens of the City of Anahcim:
1. Plans shali be submitted to the Building Division showing compltance
with the minlmum standards of the City of Analieim, tncluding the Uniform Building~
Plumbing, Electrical~ Housing. Hechanical and Fire Codes as adopted by the City of
Anaheim. The appropriate pernits shall be obtained for any necessary work.
2. That subject property shall be devetoped subscantlally tn accordance
with plans and speclficatians on fite wtth the Licy of Anaheim marked Exhi6lt Nos. 1,
2, 3, 4 and 5.
BE lT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim LTty Planning Commisston does hereby
find and determine that the adoption of this Re~olution Is expressly predicated upon
applicant's compliance with each and all of the conditlons hereinabove set forth.
Should any condition or any part thereof~ be declared fnvalid or unenforceable by the
final judgment of any court of competent Jurisdiction, then thls Resolutlon, and any
approvals herein contatned, shall be deemed n~ll and void.
