NHEREAS. the Ci[y Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at [he City
Hall in the City of Anaheim on December 17, 1979, at 1:30 o.m.. notice of said
public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with
the provisions of the Anaheim Municipai Code, Chapter 18.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed co~ditlonal use permit and to investigate
and make findings and recanmenda[ions in connectian therewich; and
WHEREAS. said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and study made
by itself and in its behaif, and after due considera[ion of all evidence and reports
offered ~t said heariny. does find and d^termine the followtng facts:
I. That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional use permit
is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18.61.05~•190 [o wit: to permit
fireworks storagc i~ the ML(Industrial, Limited) 2one.

2. That thc proposed use will not adversclp affect the adjoining land
uses and the growth and ~fevelopmcnt of the area in ++hich it is proposed to be
iocated.
3. 7ha[ the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate
to allaw the full development of the proposed use i~ a manner not detrimental
to the particular area nor to the peace. health, safety. and general wetfare of
the Cittzens of the Ci[y of Anaheim.
4. That grantin9 of the conditional use permit under the conditions
imposed, if any. will not be dctrimental to the pcace, hcalth. safety. and general
wclfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheirr..
5. That the traffic generated by thc proposed use wil) not impose an
undue burden upon che streets and highways designed andimproved to carry tne
traffic i~ the area.
6. That no one indicated their presence at said public hearing in

NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Gortmission
does hereby grant subJect Petition for Conditional Usc Permit. upon the follor+ing
conditions which are hereby found to be a nacessary prerequisite to the proposed
use of the sub;uct property in order to prescrve the safety and gene~al weifare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.:
1. That the p~oposed fireaorks storage facili[y shall comply with ali
signing requiremer.ts of the ML zona.
2. Th~t subject property shall be devefaped substantially in accocdance with
plans and speciflcations o~ file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1.
