by itself and in (ts 5ehalf, and after duc consiJeration of all eviAence and reports
offered at said he~ring, does find and deternine the folla.iing facts:
i. Tnat tne proposed use is properly one for v~hich a condttional use
permft is authorized by Anaheim Municlaal Cale Section 19,F1,05~,070 to wi[: to
pernit a van cusconizing facility.

EtIVIRONMEUTAI IMPACT FINDING: That thc Anaheim Clty Plannino Commisston has
reviewed the proposal to retaln a van customizinq facility on a rectangularly-shaped
parcel of land conststfng of approxtmatcly 0.5 acre havinq a frontage of
approximately iQ5 feet on the east stdc of t7atlonal Street, having a maximum depth of
approximately 135 f~et. beina located approximateiy 17' feet north of the centerlt~e
of Liberty Avenue; anJ does hereby approve [he Negative Oeciaration from the
requirement to preparc an r.nvironmental impact report on thc basis chat there would
be no signiricant individual or cumulative adverse envlronmental ~mpact due [o the
approval of this Negative Declaration since the Anaheim f,eneral Plan desienates the
subject property for general industrial land uses comnensurate wi2h the proposal;
that no sensi[ive environmental impacts are involved in the proposal; that the
Inltial Study submitted by the petitfoner indicates no significant individual or
cumulative adverse environmentai impacts; and [hat the Negative Declaration
substantiattng [he foregoing findings ls on file in thc City of Anahetm Planning
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thc Anahein City Planning Cortmission
does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditionai Use Permit, upon the follow(ng
conditions which are herehy found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use
of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the
Litizens of the Lity of Anahein:
1. That subjec[ proper[y shall he developed substantially in accordance
with plans and speclfications on file with the Cfty o` Anaheim marked Exhiblt Nos. i
and 2.
BE IT FU~THER RESOLVED that the Anahein City Planning Cortritssion does hereby
find and determine that adoption of this P,esolution is expressly predicated upon
applicant's compliance with each and all of the conditions herelnabove set forth.
Should any such condition, pr any part thereof, be declared invalld or unenforceabie
by the final Judgment of any court of competent Jurisdicilon, then this Resolutlon.
anJ any approvals herein contained, shall be deemed null and void.
