HHEREAS, on August 29. ~977, Conditlonai Use Permit No. 171~0 rras granted by
the Anaheim Lity Planning Commission to permit a drive-through restaurant on property
consisting of approxfmately 8.7 acres located north and west of the northwesL corner
of La Palma A. ~e and State Lollegc Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Kay Brown, Keystone 4ortgage Lampany, has submi[[ed
a request to termina[e Conditio~al Use Permit No. 174C Inasmuch as termina[ton of
Condi[ional Use Permit No, 1740 was a condition of approval of Conditional Use Permi:
No. 1?23 whfch was subsequently granted by the Planntng Commisslon on February 26.

NOk. TNEKEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahetm Clty Planning Commission
docs hereby terminate al! proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 17~~0 on the basis
of the foregoing findtngs.
