WHEREAS~ on March 4, t963, Varlance No. 1551 was grantr_d by the Anahelm Ct[y
Planning Commission co permit a real estate afficc in conJunction wi[h a singlc-
family dwelling on prnperty consisttng of approximately 0.7 acres, having a fronLage
of approximaiely 96 feet on the west side of Beach Boulevard, having a max(mum depth
of appro~lnately 295 feet, and being located approximately 11?8 feet north of the
centerline of Ball Road; and
WFiEREAS. the appiicant. Ulysses E. Bauer, has submitted a request to
terminate Variance No. 1551 inasmuch as one of the conditTons of approval of
Londitional Use Permit No. 1843, subsequen[ly grantcd by thc Anaheim City P)anning
Commission on July 3, 1?73 to ~xpand an existing mocel with Naivers of maximum
structural height and minimum sideyard setback, was tha[ the proper[y owner submtt a

NOW, TNEREFOP,E. BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm City Planning [ommisston
does herehy terminate all proceedtngs of Variance No. 1551 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
