WHEREAS, on March 12, 1079, t~ie Anahetm Ci[y Plannin~ fommisston granted
Retlassification No. 7E-77-33, by Resolution No. PC7~-48, to reclassify subJect
property from the RS-R-4;,000(SL) (Resfdent(al/Agricultural-Scenic Corr(dor Overlay)
zone to the RS-i15-22,0~0(SC) (Residentiat, Sinqye-Family Hlllside-Scenic Corridor
Overlay) zone, on property consisting of approxfmately L.E acres loca[ed at the
sou[hwest and southeast corne~s of Serr~no Avenue and Hidden Canyon Road; and
WfIEREAS, Jue to a cler(cal error, paragraph No. 13 of Resoiution ~lo. PC79-h8

by so doing. that Title 13-Zoning of thz Anaheim Munfcipal Codc be amcnded to exc)ude

SCEtlIC CORRIDOR OYERLAY) Z011E and to incorporate said described property into the RS-

Code be amended to exclude the above-described property from the
