WHEREAS, the Anaheim City ?lanning Commission did receive a verified
Petition for Conditional Use Permit f.om MICHAEL R. LINFQ~D A?J~ LI~IDA A, LINFORD~
931~ Loma Avenue. Villa Par1;, California, 92Fi67, owners, and C, L. BAKER~ 1E74 Santa
Cruz Street, Anaheim, California 32805, agent, of cArtain real ~roperty situated in
the City of Anahefm, County of Orange, State of Ca1lPornia, described as:
PARCEL A: Parcel 9, City of Anaheim, as shoam on map filed in book
~3+~es 40 and 41 of Parcel Ptaps, in the office of the county
recorder of said county; and
PARCEL B: ~1 reciprocal easement for drive~•~ay and drainage
purposes over the South 13,00 feet of Parcel ~3 of said Parcel Map;

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a puhlic hearing at the Civic
Center in the Ctty of Anaheim on August 25, 19II~, at ~:3~ p.m., notice of satd public
hearing having been duly given as required by la4i and fn accardance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 1R.03~ to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed conditional use permit and to investigate and
make ftndings and recommendations in connection therewith; and
IJHEREAS, said Commiss~on, after due inspection, investigation an~i study made
bY itself and in its hehalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports
offered at said hearing, does find and determfne the fo)loioing facts:
1, That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional use
permit 1s authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 1~.(~1,~5!1,18p to ~yit; to
permit an exterminating service in the ML (Industrial, Limited) Zone.
2, Ttiat the proposed use 4ii11 not adversely affect the adjoining land uses
and the graatli and development of the area in ~~~hich it is proposed to bP located.
3. That the size and shaoe of the site proposed for the use is adequate to
aliow the full development oi the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the
particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general ~velfare of the Citiz2ns
of the City of Anahetm,

the area.
6, That no one indicated their presence at said public heartng in
opposition; and that no correspondence aras received in oppositien to the subject
petition.
ENVIROtJP1ENTAL IMPACT EINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commission has
reviea~ed the proposa) to perm t an externinating service in the ML (Industrial,
Ltmited) Zone on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consistinq of approximately
0.3$ acre, having a frontage of appror.imat~ly 10n feet on the east side of Santa Cruz
Street~ having a maxim~.~ deptti of aoF-oximaCely 1(~ feet and being located
approximately 3B0 feet north of the centerline of Pacifico Avr.nue; and does f~ereby
approve the Plegative Declaration from the requirement to prepare an environmental
impact report on the basis that there would be no signTficant individual or
cumulative adverse environmental fmpact due to the approval of this Negative
Declaration since the Anaheim Gern~ral Plan designates the subject property for
general industrial land uses cortmensurate i•~ith the ~r~posaT; that no sensitive
environmental impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Initial Study submitted
by the petitioner indicates no significant individual or cumulati~~e adverse
environmental impacts; and that the ~legative Declaration substantiatin~ the foregoing
findinqs is on file in the City of Anaheim Planning Department.
tdOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVFD that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the foltowing
condition which is hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of
the subject property in order to preservP the safety and general a~elfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
t. That subject property shall he developed suhstantially in accordance
with plans and specifications on file a~ith the Citv of Anaheim marked Exhihit Nos. 1
and 2.
BE IT FIIRTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planninc~ CommTssion does hereby
find and determine that the adoption of this Resolution is expressly predicated upon
applicant's compliance i•~Ith each and all of the condittons hereinabove set forth.
Should any condition or any part thereof, be declared invalid or unenforceable by the
final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, then this Resolution, and any
approvals herein contalned, shall be deemed null and vot~i.
