A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSIOP!
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IP~ CONNECTIOtd WITH
4ARIANCE N0. 3055
WHEREAS, on October 23, 1978, Variance No. 3055 a~as granted by the
Planning Commission under Resolution No. PC78-246, to perrnit conversion of an
existing single-family residence to indusl•rial usage with waiver of minimum
front setback on a rectangularly-shaped p~rcel of land consisting of
approximately 7800 square feet, having a frontage of approximately 78 feet
on the east side of Kraemer Boulevard, having a maximum depth of approximately
100 feet and being located approximately 650 feet north of the centerline of
La Palma F\venue and further described as 115z North Kraemer Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, on December 4, 1978, Paul F. Schule, petitioner, submitted a
letter reyuesting termination of Variance No. 3~55 due to the extreme conditions
imposed by the resolution of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all oroceedings in connection with Variance No. 3055
on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIOPI is signed and approved by me this 22nd day of
September, 1980.
