were not permitted to park on-site,

E'1VIROMMEtlT/1L IMPACT FINDIN9: That the Anahcim Ci~y Planning Commission has
reviewed the proposal to retain an existing nursing school o-iith o-raiver of minimum
number of parl:ing spaces on an irr~gularly-shaped ~arcel of land consisting of
approximately 0,3 acre located south and west of the snu[ha~est corner of Grange
Avenue and Magnolia Avenue, and having approx.imate frontages ~f 111i feet on the south
side of Orange Avenue and 77 feeL on the ~•~est side of 'lagnc,lia Avenue; and does
hereby approve the l~egative Declaration from the requirer~ent to prepare an
environnental lmpac[ report on tlie basis that there ~•rould be no significant
individual or cumulativ~ adverse cnviro~r.,~.ntal impact duc to the approval of this
Negative Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan desici~ates the suh.ject property
for general commercial land uses commensurate ~•~ith the proposal; that no sensitive
environmental impacts are invoived in ttie proposal; tlTat the initial Study submitted
by the pe[itioner indicates no signif~~ani individual or cur~ulative adverse
environmental impacts; and that the ~legative Decliration substantiating the fore9oing
