anproximately 6.34 acres located at the southeast corner of Frontera anci Glassell
Streets; and does herehy approv~ the IJegative Declaration from the reauirement to
prepar~ an environmental impact report or, the basis that there would be no
significant individual or cumulative adverse environm,°ntal impact due to the approva~
of this Negative Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subiect
property for general industrial land uses ~ommensurate ~•~ith t!~e proposal; that no
s~nsitive er~vironmental impacts are involved in the proposal; tnat the Initiai Study
suhmitted by the petitioner indicates no significant indivi<lual or cumulative
adverse environmental impacts; and that the ~legative Declaration substantiating the
