does hereby grant subject Petition for Varian~e, u,~on the folloa~ing conditions which
are hereby found to be a necessary prer-equisite to the ~ro~osed use of the subject
property in order to preserve the s~fety and general ~•~elfa.e of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
