revierred the proposal to permit ar automobi]e and tr~ck rental facility in the CL
(Commercial, Limited) Zone ~•~ith ~aaiver of minimum landscaped setback on an
irregularly-~haned parcel of land corsisting of approximateiy 0.3 acre located at the
northwest corner of !a Palma Avenue and Harbor Boulevard (1~~1 North Harbor
E3oulevard); and does hereby approve tize Negative Declaration f rom the requirement to
prepare an environmental impact report on the basis that there i•iould be nc
signlficant individual or cumulatfve adverse environmen`ai impact due to the approval
of this ~legative Declaration since tne flnaheim General Plan desi~nates the subject
property for 9eneral commercial land uses cor~~mensurate t•~ith the proposal; that no
sensitive environmentai impacts are involved in the proposal; that the Initial Stuc!y
submitted by tiie petitiorer indicates no significant in~iividual or cumulative
adverse e m~ironmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiating the
