evidence for anu against said proposed conditional use permit and to investigate and

reviea~ed the propo;al to permit a conven~ence mar!:et ~~rith gasoline sales on an
irregularly-shaped parcel of land consistin~ of approximately ~.> acre located at the
southa~Ast corner of E3roa~iriay and Euclid Street (3~1 South Euclid Street); and does
hereby approve the t~egative Declaration from the requirement to pre~are an
environmental impact report on the basis that there ~~fould be no significant
individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to th~ approval of this
Negative Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan designates the subiect property
fo; y,:re~a1 ca~~~;~erci~i ianu u~es cc~ni~,ensurate ~~iith the prnoosal; that no sensitive
environmental impacts are involv~~d in the proposal; that the Initial Study submitted
by the petitioner indicates no slgnificant individual or cumulative adverse
enviro~mental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiatina the foregoing
findings is on file ta :h~ City of Anaheim Pianning Department.
