motel in the C-R (Commercial-Recreation) Zone ~:~it'~ ~~ralver of minimum number ef
parl:ing spaces on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of 13nd consisting nf approximately
2.g acres having a frontage of aoproximately 500 feet on the east side of Harbor
Roulevard, having a maximum depth of approximately 250 feet and being located
approx;mately 160 feet north of the centerline of Orangewood Avenue and further
described as 2050 South Harbor Boulevard; and
tJHEREAS, due to typographical errors in the fact find~ng paragraph No. 1,
(page 1) and the Envirormental Impact Finding par•agraph (page 2) the number oT motel
units was shown as 11 and shou~d be corrECted to read 111 units.
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE iT RESOLVED that tf~e Anaheim City Ptanning Commission

Cammission has revie4red the proposal to construct a~ ii1-unit
motel with ~aaiver of minimum number of parkinct spaces on a
rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of appro:ctmately
2.9 acres, having a frontage of apFroximately 5~~ f~:et on the east
side of Harbor 4oulevard, having a ma,~tmum depth of approximately
250 feet and being located approximately 1G0 feet north of the
centerlinn of Orangewood Avenue (2050 South Ilarbor Boulevard); and
does hereby approve the Negative Declaration from the requirement
to prepare an environmental impact report on the basts that there
would be no signific~nt individual or cumulattve adverse
er~vironmental im~act due to the approval of thts ~egative
Declaration since the Anaheim General Plan desionates the subject
property for general comnercial land uses commensurate wtth the
proposat; that no ser.sitive environmental impacts are involved in
the proposal; that the initiai Study submitted by the petitioner
indicates no stgnificant individual or c~mulative adverse
environmental impacts; and ttiat the tJegative Declaration
