41HEREAS, the Planning Department deemed it appropriate, pursuant to the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, to prepare Environmental
Inpact Report 170. 21+7 in connection tfit'i tiie General Plan Amendment for thr: foreGoing
area under consideration; and

WHEREAS, said Cornmission, after due inspection, investic,ation and study made

rlOld, THFREFORE, Q~ IT RFSOLVED that Environmental Impact Report Pdo. ?.47, has
been considered this date hy the Anaheim City Ptanning Commission and evidence, hoth
written and oral, having been presented to supplement said EIR. ~Jo. 21;?, tlie Planning
Commission finds that said EIP, ?!o, 247 does conform to the City and State Guidelines
and the State of California Environmental Quality Act and, that potential
environmental impacts may he reduced to ar insi9nificant level by conformance with
City Plans, policies and ordinancrs and, based upon sucn information, does reconmend
