extent of land uses within the City and indicating the present belief of the
Council as to possible future development and redevelopment of land within the
City; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to requests from the property owner for General Plan

area under consideration; and
WHEREAS, the Anatieim City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing
at the Civic Center in the City of Anaheim on May 17, 1982, at 1:30 p.m., notice
of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance
with the provisions of the Anaheim Muncipal Code, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said Rmendment ~o the Anaheim General Plan and to investigate and
make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and study
made in its behalf and after cue consideration of all evidence and reports offered
at said public hearing, DOES H~REBY FIND:
1. That evidence was presented which substantiates the need for an
amendment to the Anaheim General Plan, and it is deemed appropriate that
Exhibit A, as amended to show the park site relocated to the eastern side of
Planning Area 2, be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that previous environmental impact reports
